1/16 Din West Model 6100+, Temperature Controller, 32-842F J Range, (1) Standard Relay Output.

These units will hold barrel and nozzle temperatures to within a 2° F to 3° F variation. The 3-digit LED displays
provide maximum visibility at a glance. A wide selection of options ensure that you pay only for the functions you
need.

Three tuning options:

• Pre-tune — This is a single shot tune that increases
  the power to 2/3 of setpoint and then turns off until the
  process slows and the PID terms can be calculated.
  The setpoint is then returned to normal and the
  process goes to temperature using the PID terms
  it has calculated.
• Self-Tune — This is a continuous tune that runs while
  the process is on control.
• Manual Tune — This is where you enter your own
  calculated PID terms.
