EsyBox by DAB is for pressurization, gardening, irrigation, agriculture and irrigation and to draw water in residential building service and commercial building service. It is “all-in-one” and ready to use for an easy and efficient management of residential pressurization: the presence of the VFD keeps the pressure constant, despite of demand. It can be used villas and small apartment complexes with up to 6 floors and 9 apartments. It’s very easy to create two-pumps boosters set, thanks to Esytwin the quick connection dock. Exceptional performance in a 50% smaller size than an equivalent traditional system. Esytank is the 480-liter tank, already supplied with Esydock, for a quick installation of EsyBox above ground. Buil-it Wi-Fi connectivity. The remote control works thanks to the H2D platform, for viewing and managing parameters, settings and comfort functions. The careful choice of materials and the water-cooled motor make the pump particularly quiet.

E.sybox is an integrated system for water pressure boosting in domestic and residential applications. Consists of the self-priming multistage pump, electronics for control and management, pressure and flow sensors, a high-resolution LCD orientable display and integrated expansion vessel of 2 litres.

Operating range: capacity up to 120 l/min; head up to 65 m.

Liquid temperature range: from 0°C to +35°C for domestic use for other use: from 0°C to +40°C.

Insulation: Horizontal or vertical fixed position.

Maximum operating pressure: 8 bar (800 kPa).

This approval ensures that the pump will not contribute any toxic materials or metals to the liquid being pumped, won’t support the growth of micro-organisms and won’t change the taste or appearance of your water.

DAB ESYBOX PRESSURE TANK PRECHARGE

The DAB ESYBOX is shipped with a default set point (SP) of 3 bar, a default restart pressure differential (RP) of 0.3 bar and a pressure tank with a default pre-charge of 2 bar.

If the set point is changed, and/or the restart pressure differential is changed, then pre-charge of the pressure tank needs to change.

If this is not done, premature failure of the tank and subsequent damage to the pump from cycling can occur with the failure not being covered by warranty.

As per the DAB ESYBOX manual, the formula for calculating the correct pressure tank pre-charge for the DAB-ESYBOX is:

Pre-charge (bar) = SP (bar) – RP (bar) – 0.7 bar
where
SP = Set Point (adjustable between 1.0 and 6.0 bar, default 3.0 bar)
RP = Restart Pressure Differential (adjustable between 0.1 and 1.0 bar, default 0.3 bar)
0.7 bar is a constant.
